On Saturday August 12, the 19th annual Battle Day race will once again be run as one of the events to commemorate the Battle of Bennington which took place on August 16, 1777.

The race starts and ends at the Bennington Battle Monument in Old Bennington VT. There will also be a 1/2-mile Kid's Fun Run around the circle at 8:15 preceding the 5K.

Both runners and walkers are welcome to participate.
