Come dance to global beats and grooves in a non-judgmental, substance-free, community-held space. Inspired by Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to explore what moves you!

3 Fridays July 21, 28, and August 4, 7-9pm in a special location at the Capitol City Grange in Montpelier. Donations of $5-50 to raise money for local flood relief efforts. Please no street shoes. www.greenmountaindruidorder.org/ecstatic-dance.

(This dance usually happens every Friday night dance in downtown Montpelier at the Christ Church, but that space is not available due to flooding. Big gratitude to the Capitol City Grange for allowing us to use their beautiful space for dancing and fund-raising!)
