Join me, Brooke of Cosmic Earth Wellness on Monday July 17th from 5:00-6:00 at Topnotch Resort in Stowe, VT for a Sound Bath Journey through various Instruments : Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowl, Tongue Drum, Hand Drum, Ocean Drum, Rattles, Rainsticks, 4 Elemental Koshi Chimes and more. We begin with a guided meditation and simple brief breath guidance to get you into your body and connected to your inner being.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, eye covering or anything comfy to lay on. This is intended to be a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, nourishing time to let go and surrender, receive the benefits of the sounds.
