July 27 – Share Your Ideas for the Future of Shelburne

Do you have ideas for the future of your community - about housing, natural resources, infrastructure, community connection, and more? Come together to discuss opportunities, challenges, and ideas for the "Shelburne of Tomorrow!"

Shelburne Forward Together is a 3-month process (additional public dates include August 22 and September 28) to engage everyone in town in brainstorming ideas and identifying important priorities for the future. The Vermont Council on Rural Development, a neutral facilitator invited by the Shelburne selectboard, will facilitate the process to hear your ideas, decide on priorities, and then help connect to resources that can help move them forward.
On July 27, attend the sessions most important to you, and join us for a FREE community dinner.

- Mobility, Accessibility, and Transportation at the Shelburne Town Office (5420 Shelburne Rd)
- Climate Resilience and Natural Resources at the Historic Town Hall (5372 Shelburne Rd)
- Local Economy: Business, agriculture, tourism, arts at the Town Gym (5420 Shelburne Rd)
7:00-8:30
- Family and Community Connections at the Shelburne Town Office (5420 Shelburne Rd)
- Infrastructure: Buildings, energy, water/wastewater, internet at the Historic Town Hall (5372 Shelburne Rd)
- Housing For All at the Town Gym (5420 Shelburne Rd)

FREE Dinner with Live Music at the Shelburne Fire Station from 6 - 7PM!

Childcare will be provided during forums.
