The beloved Mayan Grandmother Nana Wilma will be returning to Northern Vermont in just a few weeks! She is offering Fire ceremonies, Water ceremonies, & personal divination sessions with the Mayan Beans over the course of 2 weeks in multiple locations in our area. I am personally most excited to have her at my Abenaki teacher's sacred fire circle, connecting the Rainbow Bridge across Native American traditions, Grandmother to Grandmother. She will be there in Underhill July 22nd and 23rd.

She will also be at the Burlington earthclock, Rootstock, Retribe, and at the Elders' Gathering at the Sunray Peace Village in Lincoln, VT. More Rainbow Bridge connecting!

Nana Wilma, Mayan Ajq'ij Principal (Spiritual Guide) has been facilitating indigenous ceremonies for over 35 years and offers a tremendous well of experience from assisting others through shamanic healing, divination and spiritual initiations held by her traditional culture. In addition to holding/sharing the ancient ceremonial ways held by her people, she has a special mission to serve women and children.

πŸ”₯ Fire Ceremonies πŸ”₯
Nana Wilma brings Sacred Fire Ceremonies so that we can develop a respectful and loving relationship with the elements. Fire Ceremonies are a way of connecting with and celebrating life, our ancestors, and our hopes and dreams.

The Mayan Fire Ceremony is a way used by trained Mayan Aj Q'ij (daykeepers/ spiritual leaders) of creating a vortex of energy that can be used as a portal into the Spirit world, where we can receive healings and offer prayers. The Mayan fire ceremonies use limited wood. With prayers, a mandala is created out of dried herbs, candles, and other natural materials, as well as incenses.

The Mayan Aj Q'ij uses their knowledge of the matrix of life to coordinate their prayers and offerings to work with the energies present in that moment in time. They are trained to read the fire and gain wisdom for healing and answers to prayers. The more offerings that can be given for the fire brings more blessings for ourselves, our families, the earth, and all our relations.

πŸ’§ Water ceremonies πŸ’§
Nana Wilma will also guide us in water ceremonies to honor the waters of this land and within ourselves. These ceremonies are a beautiful way of connecting to our emotions, and our souls.

Reading the Mayan Beans
While Nana is here she will offer personal sessions. This is a beautiful opportunity to spend one-on-one time with Nana. She uses a traditional Mayan oracle that involves patterns and numbers to help gain answers and guidance for personal issues, difficult situations, important choices, or to gain more understanding of your spiritual path. Nana also uses the Mayan Tree of Life, which is based on your birthday in the Mayan Calendar, which is an intricately system of time and cosmology that can be insightful and illuminating.

A session lasts one hour. In the spirit of reciprocity, we do exchange money and gifts as a way to say thank you to Nana and to send her home with resources to care for herself, her family and her community. There is room for other types of exchanges, so reach out if you would like to talk about other options. We request a sliding scale of $100-$200 for a session, which goes directly to Nana. We welcome generosity, and if you are able to give more than what is asked, it enables folks to have a reading that may not have the funds to give in exchange.
There may be some alternative times available, please contact Moon if none of these times work for you.

Please spread the word to your larger community. This is an incredible opportunity and I hope as many as possible can benefit from this as possible πŸ™
