WARNING and AGENDA

The Selectboard Collective Bargaining Committee will convene a meeting via Zoom on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. This meeting is scheduled and warned for the sole purpose of convening the Bargaining Committee with Counsel relative to the current collective bargaining proceedings. No other Selectboard business will be heard or discussed at this meeting.

11:31am | Approve Draft Bargaining Committee Minutes from previous meeting
11:35am | Executive Session – Continued discussion of Proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement per VSA § 313 (a)(1)(B), finding that premature general public knowledge would clearly place the public body at a substantial disadvantage in relation to a labor relations agreement with employees, and for the purpose of confidential attorney-client communication.
