Find Balance: Well-Being Retreat

Get to the core of what's throwing you off balance. By shifting what we believe about ourselves, we can change how we feel and the actions we take to care for ourselves.

This retreat will combine information on nutrition, sleep, and nervous system regulation with intuitive awareness, movement and mindset to help you find balance in your day to day living.

What to expect:
* Mindful Yoga (beginners welcome)
* Full meal with guided eating awareness practice
* Time outdoors to Relax and Reflect by the pool
* Well-Being education, group discussion and activities
