TESTIMONIAL
"I came to coaching with Julia for help with determining how to best make decisions in my life. The word "vitality" - that Julia uses in the title of her business - really spoke to me. Through the series of coaching sessions, I learned to better listen to the messages from my body and decipher myriad thoughts that were impeding or supporting me.

Julia weaved repeating themes together to make more coherence of my limiting beliefs and to guide me in choosing conscious and health-promoting behaviors. We co-created practical strategies that I applied in making decisions that were vital to me.

Ultimately, I experienced a breakthrough by severing patterns that do not serve me - such as saying Yes to too many things and acting from felt obligation. As a result, I have a sense of ease and flow in my life with greater freedom of choices." - Kate

You don't need to rigidly follow rules to feel in control. In fact, those restrictive food rules might be the very thing that leads to rebellious eating and leaves you feeling out of control.

You don't need to rigidly follow rules to feel in control. In fact, those restrictive food rules might be the very thing that leads to rebellious eating and leaves you feeling out of control.

When we impose strict restrictions on ourselves, our natural reaction is often to go overboard (eating the whole bag of chips or finishing that pint of ice cream in one sitting).

But true self- control comes from being deeply connected to yourself—understanding your needs and trusting yourself to meet them. When you trust yourself, it extends beyond food and becomes a foundational practice in all areas of your life.

Trusting yourself is about making decisions that align with your authentic self, from how you nourish your body to how you structure your day, and even how you respond to challenges. This self-trust promotes more consistent self-care habits, allowing you to feel empowered rather than controlled by external rules or expectations.

One client shared her experience of feeling in control as "making decisions with confidence because I trust myself and my needs."

She went from feeling anxious and uncertain about her eating habits to feeling empowered and physically strong. By learning to honor her body's needs, she sustained her energy through busy days and, most importantly, broke the cycle of overeating foods that left her feeling sluggish and guilty.

This deeper level of self-trust also helped her feel more authentic in her day-to-day choices, reinforcing the positive habits that supported her well-being.

What if you could trust yourself more fully in your eating habits and daily choices?

Through a unique blend of nutrition guidance and mind-body-spirit practices, I guide you on a transformative journey to heal your relationship with food, embrace your body, and nurture your soul.
