Zoning 101 – June 29, 2023
South Hero Town Office at 6PM

The next Zoning 101 class will be Thursday, June 29 at 6PM at the South Hero Town Office. This class will consider Conditional Use Reviews, Site Plan Reviews, Variances, and Setback Waivers. What does the Development Review Board consider at these hearings? What parts of the Development Regulations apply? This is exciting stuff! Come join us on the 29th to find out the answers to these burning questions – and bring more of your own. There will be snacks and beverages of the non-alcoholic variety (sorry), and plenty of opportunity to try to stump the teacher (it isn't that hard… 😊).
