Come see Chef Drew and I (owners of the Wagyu Wagon and Black Radish Catering) at Frost Beer Works in Hinesburg between 12-7 this Saturday June 10th where we will be serving some tasty local Wagyu from Morgan Brook Farm that you can enjoy with the best local beer. On the menu: Sliders, short rib poutine, Korean BBQ short rib taco, hand cut fries, crispy Brussels, deep fried cheese curds from Bridport creamery, vegetarian and gluten free black bean quinoa and sweet potato cakes and deep fried Oreos. We are also going to offer a new premium slider - the "Miss Piggy" slider will have a wagyu patty topped with smoked pork belly and other delicious toppings. Hope to see you there!
