Join Brookfield Bees beekeeper Dan Childs as he speaks about how bees make honey, what floral sources bees use in different parts of the world, and how that affects honey taste and texture. Workshop participants will be able to pick a type of honey for the group to taste, choosing from a collection of honey from over 15 countries and 17 states.
