Come see Chef Drew and I (owners of the Wagyu Wagon and Black Radish Catering) at Frost Beer Works in Hinesburg between 12-7 this Saturday June 3rd where we will be serving some tasty local Wagyu from Morgan Brook Farm that you can enjoy with the best local beer. Sliders, short rib poutine, hand cut fries, crispy Brussels, vegetarian and gluten free black bean quinoa and sweet potato cakes will be on the menu and a few other surprises. Hope to see you there!
