The Family Center of Washington County is hosting our 2nd Annual Family Fun Fest! Come on down to our free outdoor family fun event for young children and their grownups on June 3 at 383 Sherwood Drive in Montpelier from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Activities include music by Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate; Gimmie D's Pony Rides*; storytelling and book give-a-way; arts and crafts, gardening and sensory tables; face painting; an obstacle course; free snacks including Cabot Cheese, Strafford Ice Cream and popcorn; plus Vermont Fresh Recipe Kits provided by Vermont Foodbank for families. Saturday Morning Playgroup will also be in full swing on the playground. (Pony rides are for children up to 60 lbs. and closed toe shoes please)
