*Flow to Restore* will include a variety of Yoga movements and sequences, breathing practices, and meditations to help you digest some of the sensory inputs of your day and come to a more grounded state for nighttime rest. Movements will be moderate to gentle. These classes are appropriate for all levels, as modifications are offered/encouraged.

3-class pass: $40

Mats and other Yoga props are available in the studio!
Wear comfortable and flexible clothing and bring a water bottle.
Try to finish your evening meal 1.5 hour prior to class (according to the ancient Yogic teachings).
