The Selectboard will be meeting Monday August 26, 2013 at 7pm here at the Town Offices. Below is the scheduled agenda:

I. Call to Order: 7:00 P.M.

II. Visitor Appointments:
7:00 – Steve Libby, Vermont River Conservancy, re. planned closing on Saunders Conservation Project
7:30 – Koran Cousino, Starksboro Cooperative Preschool, request for 5k run to be held in conjunction with Harvest Festival on September 28th

III. Other Business:
1. Public Forum (Opportunity for citizens who are not on the agenda to briefly share comments and concerns with the Board)
2. Award of Contract for Town Green project engineering services
3. Application for increase in user allocation for Downtown Sewer District of John “Slim” Pickens for 18 Main Street property
4. Driveway Access Application of Scott and Mary Purinton for development road located off of Town Highway #15, Purinton Road, to serve 5 residential lots
5. Grant Agreement Resolution regarding Vermont Community Development grant for Addison County Dental Center project
6. Reset 2013/2014 tax rate
7. Discussion and decisions regarding employee health insurance benefits for 2014 through the Vermont Health Connect insurance exchange
8. Bills Payable and Treasurer’s Warrants
9. Minutes of August 12, 2013
10. Roundtable
11. Executive Session re. personnel matters involving the appointment, employment, or evaluation of public officers or employees and legal matters/real estate negotiations involving the Town where premature general public knowledge of the subject matter would clearly place the Town at a substantial disadvantage.
