Ever wonder what happens to your food scraps? Do you have questions about how composting works?

Bring your questions and come join LRSWMD for an open house at our composting facility, Lamoille Soil! Sat. June 3, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Short tours of our process will be offered on the hour, every hour (9:00, 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00).

We'll also have snacks, educational activities, prize drawings, and general info about recycling and waste management.

Lamoille Soil Compost will be for sale by the fill-your-own 5-gallon bucket or by the cubic yard right next door at our Johnson Transfer Station (8:30 am - 3:30 pm).
