Join us at Stowe Community Church, on Sunday, May 14, when we will celebrate our Pastor Dan Haugh joining the United Church of Christ!

During the past year, Dan has been planning to join the United Church of Christ (UCC) through the Privilege of Call, which is for ordained pastors from other denominations.

Dan was ordained as a pastor in the Christian Missionary and Alliance denomination in 2006. Last year he began the process of studying for the Privilege of Call with the Vermont Conference of the UCC. The culmination of this preparation was an examination by the Ministerial Standards and Standing Committee of the Vermont Conference which Dan passed with flying colors in February.
