If you choose the wine pairing, Sarah has chosen three wines to perfectly compliment each course. Hannah Long gets a lot of joy cooking for others. Smoking meats using a wood-fired smoker started as a hobby, and quickly turned into a passion. And then Dino Bones BBQ was born! For Hannah, wood fire makes the best barbecue, and she uses only local sustainably sourced wood, primarily maple, apple, & cherry. The local flavors & ingredients shine in her dishes!
The three-course dinner will include a pork slider to start, brisket as the main attraction, and lemon thyme mousse for dessert. It's BBQ so of course there will be sides, salads, & your favorite toppings & sauces. Don't miss this mouth-watering meal!
