Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know of this one day workshop being run by Janis Cooper of EQnimity, being held this Saturday in Shelburne. No prior horse experience required, and all proceeds are being donated to Spring Hill Horse Rescue. There are still a few slots open, and it promises to be a great experience.
Best Regards,

Setting Healthy Boundaries, A One Day Hands on Workshop with Horses

Do you often say “yes” when you mean “no”? Or perhaps you say “no” when you long to say “yes”? Do you have an inability to ask for what you need or experience ongoing conflict? Or are you consumed in drama by people who exhaust you?
These and other symptoms may be a result of unhealthy boundaries which can contribute to dysfunctional relationships. When we learn to set healthy boundaries we’re setting the foundation for strong relationships at work and at home.
In this unique, one-day hands-on workshop with horses, learn how to establish and communicate clear and consistent boundaries with family, friends, and co-workers. As a clear and patient teacher, horses are remarkable for helping individuals to recognize and convey healthy boundaries. In a safe, non-riding setting, explore what it takes to implement and communicate your true self and your needs and doing it with confidence.
No riding or prior horse experience is required. Space is extremely limited, so reserve soon!
