As a result, you will develop a deeper awareness of the circumstances involved in everyday caregiving challenges, brainstorm ways to shift habitual behaviors and interactions, and make radical choices that benefit your wellbeing and that of your children.
Equipped with a Masters in Child and Family Development, certifications in Ayurveda and Yoga, and 11+ years of parenting, Sarah L. Frederiksen has the personal and professional expertise to guide you on this path of reflective discovery.
