What to Bring:
A yoga mat (we provide 1 for each guest and it's a carpeted studio) but a 2nd mat creates even more comfort.
A pillow.

Be prepared to experience a delightful hour of spiritual and meditative enjoyment. This structured performance involves a lovely combination of crystal bowls, rattles, drums of all kinds (Udu Drum, Ocean Drum, Djembe, Native American Drum and Handpan (steel tongue drum) as well as chimes, Love Tuners, and tuning forks. We focus on each chakra from bottom to top and the result is a wonderful combination of peace, contentment, expansion and awakening.
