So excited for spring and food truck season again! Come see Chef Drew and I (owners of the Wagyu Wagon and Black Radish Catering) at Frost Beer Works in Hinesburg between 12-7 this Saturday where we will be be serving some tasty local Wagyu from Morgan Brook Farm that you can enjoy with the best local beer. Sliders, short rib poutine, fries and vegan black bean, quinoa and sweet potato cakes will be on the menu and maybe a few other surprises. Hope to see you there!
