With the new open meeting laws that took effect July 1st, it is important to be up to date on these changes and have a chance for a refresher on the current laws. This Tuesday July 22 at 7pm, Vermont’s Secretary of State Jim Condos will be bringing his Transparency Tour to Grand Isle to go over Vermont’s Open Meeting laws and Public Records laws. This presentation will be happening at the cafeteria at the Grand Isle School. The Transparency Tour is an opportunity to hear about these new laws and ask questions you might have about the current laws or situations you might have. This event is free and open to all with an interest in keeping up to date on the new opening meeting laws and public records laws.
