What do you think? Can we squeeze in another snowshoe saunter up the mountain? Gather at the Stevensville parking area a little before 09:00 Saturday 8 April 2023. We can decide then between Butler, Taylor, or someplace else. If you'd like to go but lack snowshoes, let me know. This is a *No One Left Behind* activity so expect a moderate to leisurely pace, unless only athletes show up. Snow is dense after the recent tropical heat wave, so if it's below freezing spikes may be sufficient or even preferable, but what's ice ascending may be too soft to walk on descending; I'd bring snowshoes even if you don't expect to need them.

Carpooling is always preferable up there, and at the moment 4WD is prudent near the top. I'll walk the last bit.
