2. (7:05) – CONTINUED Public Hearing: Site Plan/Conditional Use and Subdivision Amendment
Applicants: Daniel and Louella Strobridge
Property Location: Pettingill Road (approx. 82.46 acres)
Zoning Districts: Rural 10, Water Resource Overlay, and Flood Hazard Overlay
The proposal includes the following requests:
a) After-the-Fact Conditional Use review to operate a campground with four or more campsites.
b) Subdivision Amendment to re-merge two lots that were previously subdivided.
3. (7:45) – Public Hearing: Site Plan/Conditional Use and Subdivision Amendment
Applicants: Jonathan and Sally Czapski
Property Location: Whitsunday Lane off Rogers Road (approx. 49.14 acres)
Zoning Districts: Rural 10 and Water Resource Overlay
The proposal includes the following requests:
a) Conditional Use review to operate a community facility.
b) Conditional Use review to operate a campground with four or more campsites.
c) Subdivision Amendment to amend/add building envelope locations on a previously approved subdivision plat.
