Key Online Resources for French-Canadian Research

Few areas of the world have as good a collection of vital records as Quebec. With a little practice the databases on the two major websites there are easy to use and hugely helpful in documenting the lives of your French-Canadian ancestors through birth, marriage, and death records. Even more helpful vital statistics on whole families are linked from one generation to the next.

Knowing how to use these databases together, along with informative tips and information from their blog, will help to fill in many of the gaps on your French-Canadian family tree. A few other helpful websites for French-Canadian family research will also be introduced.
