It's that time of year again!

Join your friends and neighbors in getting ready for the upcoming growing season with a community seed swap hosted by the MRV Libraries and ShareMRV. Seed swaps are a great way to try new crops, share some of your favorite seeds, and attend a fun event. This year we are also adding a garden tool swap.

We invite you to drop your seeds and tools to swap off at Joslin, Moretown, or Warren libraries the week before the swap: March 25-April 1. Please follow these sharing guidelines to help ensure success:

1) The seeds you share should not be more than two years old.

2) Make sure to give seeds to us in a clearly marked packet so we know what they are.

3) Garden tools should be clean and functional with no broken parts. No power tools please.

Seeds and tools may also be brought directly to the swap -- Sunday, April 2, 1-3 pm at the Moretown Library/Town Hall. Whether you have something to share or are new to gardening, everyone is invited to attend and take home seeds and tools. All remaining seeds after the swap will be donated to our Little Seed Libraries for future use by community members.
