Details of the workshop:
The Power of Touch with Amber Wodtli, LMT & BTMB

Join me as we explore ways to pause from the busyness of daily life and take a moment to cultivate a deeper human connection with your child, and yourself, with the power of touch.

The session will begin with infant massage, including demonstration of massage for common ailments and overall relaxation and connection. We will then transition into a short demonstration segment on self-care to relieve the daily tensions associated with being a caregiver.

The second half of the class will be devoted to receiving a mini, clothed massage session on a massage table. (massage is optional of course) *Wearing comfortable clothes to sit on the floor and receive massages is encouraged.
