• Motion to designate The Herald as Newspaper of Record.
• Motion to designate the Town Clerk's Office, Town Manager's Office, and Bethel Public Library, as physical locations to post meeting notices.
• Motion to authorize a Board member to sign weekly orders (a/p & payroll) on behalf of the Town.
