Join us for a hands-on Maple Flavor & Grading workshop in Randolph, led by Henry Marckres, a local maple legend! Learn to assess and grade maple syrup based on color, clarity, density, and flavor using industry-standard tools and grading kits. Participants will practice taste testing and quality evaluation to ensure top-quality, market-ready syrup.
This workshop also includes visits to Silloway Maple and CDA Maple in Randolph, offering a behind-the-scenes look at local maple production!

Location: Red School House at VTSU-Randolph
Price: $400 for the 2-day hands-on training. We also accept VSAC Advancement Grants and AmeriCorps Segal Funds.
