Join us as we approach the turning of the seasons, emerging from the hibernation of winter, and opening to the energy of springtime. The invitation is to participate actively in self-care and collective-care, recognizing they are ultimately one and the same, as we raise funds for a program that strives to ensure we all have access to healthy food.
In this practice we will focus on maintaining balance between internal and external awareness, stability and flexibility in body and mind. Movements and postures will support both energization and ease. Our time together will conclude with a guided relaxation, exploration of breath, the sound of AUM and a short silent meditation.
