On Sunday March 19th, we celebrate 1 year in business at Minifactory!

We're marking the anniversary with free drip coffee all day with any purchase.

Plus raffles for jam subscriptions, gift basket and gift certificates on purchases from $1+up

We'll be open 8-3 with brunch, pastries, coffee, groceries and grab n' go items.

On Friday, March 24th we start welcoming Wendy Paola Girón Marroquín every other Friday for Guatemalan food available at Minifactory 4-6 PM. Wendy will soon share a pre-order form that we'll post on social media and our website PLUS you can order in person and dine-in while Minifactory serves beer & wine and the grocery stays open late if you want to bring home Footprint Farm veggies or local eggs.

We're so excited to host Wendy every other week at Minifactory and eat her delicious papusas, garnachas and hopefully Rellenitos de Platano!
