Movement for Parkinson's is about more than moving and dancing, it's about gathering together and creating joy. In this class, building a strong community is just as paramount as building a strong body. There is no one way to dance! Each dancer is encouraged to modify movements to meet their own comfort level. This class provides a fun, welcoming, and creative environment where people can explore the potential of their own movement at any age or stage of Parkinson's. Classes are free to all participants.
