Slow Sunday Stretch Yoga:
60-minute gentle and meditative flow-stye class with less cueing for a quieter experienced practice.
Class will begin seated to establish a connection to your breath and to find spaciousness in your body and mind.
Through out this practice, we'll focus on stretching and using detoxifying breath release, helping to eliminate stress and held tension.
Class concludes with cooling forward folds and twists to release the spine and prepare for shavasana.
