Learn how to research local history going back almost 200 years.
The Washington County Post recorded events in our community for almost 200 years. Copies of the newspaper from 1850 onward are now available on the Internet. Learn how to search for ancestors, sporting events, businesses, weddings, obituaries, and more. A small booklet will be provided to help you remember how to do it at home.
Class will be held in the Beacon Feed Board Room on the Hubbard Hall campus. Taught by local historian Ken Gottry.
