Knowledge is prevention. Under the verbal guidance of your Certified M.AmSAT teacher, you will explore, experience and learn alternative ways to use your body and mind, based on the Principles of Alexander Technique. Learning it, you gradually embody ways of using your body, at rest and moving, in a gentle and gradual way to allow you to "Do whatever you do or something new, with more ease, poise, coordination, stability and resilience; and less tension, fragility, fear of movement and even pain." Alexander Technique is neither a cure nor a treatment. But it can improve the quality of your life everyday life. In many places in the world, mainly big cities, Alexander Technique is well known for its efficacy. Any one can learn the Technique, at any age. Here 4 sessions are offered for groups to give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the Technique. They do not replace one-to-one classes, also offered in March.
