The Town Planning Commission meets tonight, Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. via zoom or in person 81 Main Street Conference Room to discuss the following items: 1) Public Comments - This allows anybody to discuss any topic not on the Agenda (unless it involves a Consent Agenda Item); 2) Consent Agenda: The UVM Medical Center is proposing a small 3-sided addition to accommodate a mobile CT scanning unit, located at 2 Essex Way; 3) The item was rescheduled (Preliminary Plan-60 Colonel Page Road); 4) A brief update regarding the Town Plan that is up for renewal next year; 5) Review and Approval of Draft Minutes; and 6) Other Business-DRB Update and ArcGIS Urban Grant Update.
