Now that the stress of the holiday season lies behind us, it is time to draw our attention inward, reflect and create a solid foundation for the new beginnings of spring. Please, join me on a journey to stability and mobility as we explore the art of mindful movement - all from the comfort of your own home.
In this yoga class, we will focus on cultivating strength from the ground up, enhancing body awareness, and flowing with intention. Whether you're beginning your practice or deepening your connection, this is a space to move, breathe, and grow.

✨ Core exercises for strength
✨ Breathwork for balance
✨ Guided reflection for inner awareness
We will use yoga as a framework and weave in elements from pilates, qi gong, tai chi and more.
Step onto your mat and into your journey and let movement become meditation.
We will meet via zoom every Wednesday from 8:30am to 9:30am starting February, 5th.
