On Sunday, July 13, 2014 Lake Champlain Maritime Museum will hold its annual Challenge Race, which is a 3 mile triangular race course across the lake and then back to its harbor. The course covers some of the most beautiful scenery on Lake Champlain. This event has a registration fee of $20.00/per person. Registration starts at 9:30 and the race begins at 11:00 and is open to all types of human powered boats. Bring your kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, row boats – whatever you can power yourself!
