Heard of Ecstatic dance and Kirtan but not sure about it? This is the perfect place to play, learn and explore! Join Courtney Hayes as we spend Tuesday evenings trusting our intuition, moving our bodies, raising our voices and walking out the door refreshed and renewed for the week ahead.

The evening begins with a short meditation and guided yoga warm up, followed by a short discussion about this practice before we allow our bodies to guide us through the dance, then we end with simple call and response yoga chants accompanied by the harmonium (floor organ) and a time for conversation (satsang).

First timers, skeptics and long time dancers all welcome to join in this practice- hope to see you there!
