CLASSIC ITALIAN CIABATTA

Rise Up Bakery invites you to learn how to bring a little taste of Italy right into your home. Our four-hour workshop will teach you the steps to make this popular bread with a light and airy crumb that you can enjoy with your salads or with endless varieties of bruschetta . This workshop will be a good source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers.

What will you learn:

- mixing , kneading and development of a wet dough
- baking with pre-fermented dough and the principle variants
- baker's math
- accessories for home baking ciabatta
- storing your bread

Everyone will make their 2 loaves of ciabatta to take home.

What to bring:
- notepad and a pen to take notes
- an apron
- a good mood and desire to learn something new
