The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation's Lakes and Ponds Program is, as of July 1, administering the Shoreland Protection Act and is currently working to implement the program. As part of their implementation plan, they are preparing guidance materials, creating a website, and reaching out to interested parties. Please join them on July 9th from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., for a review of the Shoreland Protection Act and to answer any questions you may have. The meeting will be held at the Addison County Regional Planning Commission, 14 Seminary Street in Middlebury.
