Join Gary Starecheski as he celebrates turning 70 years old by using Tang Soo Do martial art techniques to break 70 pine boards in a fundraising event supporting Vermont Foodbank or the Atlantic Pacific Tang Soo Do non-profit Foundation which provides martial arts scholarships to at-risk youth . The boards will be decorated by BPMS students in the theme of "Setting Goals-Breaking Barriers".

As a Tang Soo Do Master Instructor in Huntington he promotes each person reaching their maximum mind, body, and spirit potential. Anyone is welcome to attend at BPMS Saturday January 28th at 1030 AM. You can stay for a 30 minute introduction to Tang Soo Do after the breaking is done and learn some basic moves useful for fun,fitness, and personal safety.
