Public Safety is an issue that is on everyone's mind. Police can't fix it themselves, but community members can't do it by themselves either. But if we work together, we can build a better, safer Town of Essex/City of Essex Junction.

On Thursday, January 26th, 2023 from 5:30pm until 7:00pm at the Essex Police Department, in our Community Room, we will be having an introductory Neighborhood/Community Watch Meeting. Any residents of the Town of Essex and City of Essex Junction are welcome to come. We will have an informal discussion about the Neighborhood Watch and prepare for the first Formal Neighborhood Watch Meeting of 2023. Anyone interested in being a part of the NW or being a NW Captain should attend. Please bring questions, comments, ideas, and concerns to this meeting. There will be several more posts in the up coming days to remind folks, as well as a posts on Front Porch Forum.
