The Montpelier Contact Improv Community has shifted our 2nd Sunday of the month class and jam to the 3rd for this month only. Welcome beginners and seasoned dancers alike on Sunday January 15th at 2:30 for a class and 4:00 for a jam.

From Stillness into Movement
WHAT: A beginner's class in Contact Improvisation (CI)

This an entry level class exploring the fundamental physics of contact improv while cultivating the deep listening of stillness within. An easeful way to check out this movement practice for the first time or a deeper dive for those who have experience.
