As a reminder to our December post, Christmas Tree pickup will occur on Monday 1/9. Trees must be curbside by 7AM and be completely bare to be eligible for pickup. We cannot accept wreaths or other items and trees must be free of any ornamentation, tinsel, garland, etc . Trees will be either be chipped or turned into fuel at McNeil.

**OTHER MAINTENANCE NEWS**
As a reminder, new recycling law goes into effect May 1 requiring every residence to have a covered recycling cart. All sizes are now in stock. You can apply AND pay online. If you wish to come to 645 Pine to discuss, drop off a paper application or to pay, we request a heads up call ahead of time so that we can be ready for you! More information, a growing FAQ, and an online application can be found at https://www.burlingtonvt.gov/DPW/Recycling/toter-changes. These changes will help prevent wind-blown debris, wet cardboard and injuries to employees. We thank you for your help!
