Join Anjali Budreski & Mary Ellen Alberti for a special women's 'mini retreat day' to begin the new year with intention, grace, calm and self-care.
Carve out some sacred time just for you, to enter a new cycle with mindfulness and purpose. Enjoy uninterrupted space and time to offer gratitude to the year that has passed, ground deeply into the present and re-imagine the future.
The new year brings with it the opportunity to start clear and fresh. And, yet- there can be pressure to come up with the perfect intention or be 'aligned' in a certain way. The invitation here is to come as you are and see what gently and naturally arises from within. Or, join us and simply be present in your own way, however that feels good for you.
In this workshop we will:
> Gather in safe and sacred space with like-minded souls
> Take time out for radical self-care and renewal
> Enjoy a guided meditation, movement and journal prompts
> Create vision boards to anchor our dreams and tap into our creative selves
> Listen for your own special word or phrase to take with you into 2023
> Carve out time for breath, presence, alignment and deep listening
In addition, enjoy a simple but beautiful space to retreat complete with delicious organic teas, thoughtfully curated treats and snacks, delicious aromatherapy oils, inspirational cards, candles and deep nourishment for your soul. Each participant will leave with a handmade gift to anchor the teachings from this retreat.
