This Friday, December 23rd, CFI will return to Apres Only at Field Guide for our usual mix of fun, absurdity and AMAZING musical endeavors... We were unable to make the gig last week due to the storm and difficult travel conditions for many of our 'fowl' musicians.

In keeping with holiday traditions - and the tendency to lean-into a degree of silliness, the members of CFI hereby officially challenge all to a contest. We've decided that it is Ugly Sweater Friday. Our players will sport our most...interesting...sweaters.

We don't think you can measure up to our level of fashion risk. Come out Friday and prove us wrong.

This week we'll be a 6-piece with Mike Hartigan (keys), Geza Carr (drumset), John Rivers (electric fretless bass), Jake Whitesell (tenor and soprano sax) and Rob Debruyn (soprano and tenor sax) and me.
