Our next dance will be Saturday, with an "intro" lesson at 7:40, and then dancing from 8:00 to 11:00 for everyone. Come by yourself, or bring a friend, you will find lots of folks to dance with. We always welcome some new dancers at each dance. You probably know where the Grange Hall is, on Rt. 12, about 1 mile south of Montpelier, just south of the I-89 overpass.

We'll be welcoming another great caller: Lisa Greenleaf, from the Boston area, with musicians Jeremiah McLane (accordion and keyboards), Eric McDonald (guitar) and Dave Langford (fiddle) providing the tunes.

Weather forecasts say that the snow will be over before the dance; for the most up-to-date info, check the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/montpeliercontradance for any changes--but we're expecting to do some hot dancing!

If you haven't been to a contra dance, check out the videos of folks dancing in the Grange Hall at: http://capitalcitygrange.org/dancing/contradancing/. You'll also see our COVID protocols--we require good masks: N95, KN95/KF94 or medical/surgical masks. Please bring your own, we'll have a few extras if needed. If you don't feel well, please skip this dance and come to the next one--on New Year's Eve!

Admission prices: $12 for adults, $5 for kids & low-income folks, or be a "dance supporter" and give us $20, to help us pay the wonderful callers, musicians and sound techs for the great work they do. We appreciate everyone who comes, whatever you pay!
