Admission is "choose your price":  $12 for adults, $5 for kids and low-income dancers, and $20 if you can give a bit more.  We use the extra to pay the band, sound tech and caller more for the joy they bring!   Everybody welcome--but if you don't feel well, please stay home and get better, then come back to dance!

Dancing will start with a lesson for new folks at about 7:40 PM, followed by dances from 8:00 to 11:00 PM. The lesson and all dances will be taught and called by Nils Fredland, another nationally known caller who's a great teacher. Great dancing music will be played by Calico, a Massachusetts band featuring: Eric Boodman on fiddle and foot percussion, Casey Murray on cello (and possibly fiddle and banjo) plus Jesse Ball on guitar, mandolin, and possibly accordion--plus more foot percussion! Lots of dance beats available!

Admission is "choose your price": $12 for adults, $5 for kids and low-income dancers, and $20 if you can give a bit more. We use the extra to pay the band, sound tech and caller more for the joy they bring! If you can, bring clean, soft-soled shoes to dance in, or clean outdoor shoes really well for the sake of our dance floor. If you want to, we'll be accepting contributions to help install a fresh-air ventilation system in the Grange Hall which hosts our dances.
